The Futures Doctor publishes the books, printable tools and spreadsheets sold on this site. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and an authorized reseller of our products: you buy from Lemon Squeezy, and it handles payment, sales tax and your receipt.

Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms govern the purchase itself. These terms govern your license to the products and how you may use them and this site.

Each purchase gives you a personal license for your own study. You may:

• keep backup copies;
• read the files on your own devices;
• print pages for your own study.

You may not resell the files, share or distribute copies, or upload them to any shared or public site, drive or repository. One purchase covers one person.

This license does not restrict any use that the law allows you. A purchase includes no printed book, subscription, trading platform or funded account.

Everything on this site and in the products is education. None of it is financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, and we are not your advisor. Consult a licensed professional about your own circumstances before you act.

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Your trading decisions, and their results, are your own.

Examples, figures and model results in the products are hypothetical. They illustrate ideas. They do not predict your results.

We do not promise that you will pass an evaluation, get funded, receive a payout or make a profit. Prop firm rules, fees and payout terms vary by firm and change without notice: check a firm's current terms before you buy an evaluation.

The books, tools, spreadsheets and this site, including their text, figures and design, belong to us and are protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you the license above. It does not transfer ownership.

To the extent the law allows, the products and this site are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Rules, contract specifications, tax figures and other numbers change, and mistakes happen: check any figure before you rely on it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, or for any indirect or consequential loss, that comes from using the products or this site. Our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

All sales are final. Our refund policy explains the details, including what we do if a file is missing or damaged.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
