All sales are final
Everything we sell is a digital file, delivered immediately after purchase. Because a download can't be returned, we don't offer refunds or exchanges.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
Right of withdrawal
Some buyers, for example consumers in the EU and UK, have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase. Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms say that this right is lost once the download of the digital content has begun.
Refunds by Lemon Squeezy
Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, may at its own discretion refund a purchase within 60 days to prevent a chargeback (a disputed payment). See Lemon Squeezy's page on refunds and chargebacks.
If a file doesn't work
If a file is missing, damaged or won't open, contact us at support@thefuturesdoctor.com with your order reference and the file name. We will fix the file or send a replacement. That is a fix, not a refund.
