This site, thefuturesdoctor.com, is run by The Futures Doctor ("we", "us"). For any question or request about your data, email support@thefuturesdoctor.com or see our contact page.

The site has two sign-up forms: "Register your copy" and the updates list. Both ask only for your email address, and both send it to our email list, which runs on Lemon Squeezy, our store platform.

We use your address only as the site describes: updates to what you own, announcements of new tools and editions, and the invite to our community. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for every order. It processes your payment, billing details, sales tax and receipt under its own privacy policy. We can see the orders placed in our store, which is how we help with a missing or damaged file.

Cloudflare hosts this site and screens visits for bots and abuse. To do that, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details, may run a short security check in your browser, may set security cookies, and keeps server logs.

Our host adds Cloudflare Web Analytics to the site's pages. It counts visits and measures how quickly pages load. We use no advertising pixels and no other tracking scripts.

Our free community runs on Discord. If you choose to join, Discord's own privacy policy covers what you share there.

We don't sell personal data.

This site and our products are not directed at anyone under 18.
